What We Do - Curated Talent
We have created a roster of the best freelance strategic planning talent in the country, hand -picked through personal connections and referrals. They work directly with you, with no unnecessary layers in-between. They are not employees of yes& just top-rated freelancer from the growing open talent pool who are part of our network and in return, benefit from our business leads.
Each Collaborator is reviewed with the client after each project; and our Brand Collaborators meet remotely, monthly to share best practices and cultivate community.
How We Do It - Collaboration Process
1. Scope
We have a call to ask some initial questions to get a sense of your brand collaboration needs, budget, timing and talent required. This builds our scope and collaboration brief.
2. Curate
With an understanding on scope, we select the brand collaborator for your project based on your ask and their availability, and set up an introductory meeting with them to review the scope and do a chemistry test.
3. Agree
If the match is made, a formal agreement is created and signed so they can begin work directly with you and your organization. Billing will go through yes&. The planner pays yes& a commission out of their contract.
